Indicative simulator

Calculate your biological damage compensation

Indicative estimate — not the official Milan Tables calculation and not legally validated.

This is an indicative simulator, not the official Milan Tables calculation. It uses 2024 reference values and mathematical interpolation to provide a ballpark estimate.

Results are indicative and do not replace the official Milan Court calculation or a legal assessment. Actual compensation depends on many factors that only a medical-legal expert and a lawyer can quantify. For your case, contact the Firm.

How biological damage is calculated in Italy

Biological damage is the harm to the psychophysical integrity of the person, regardless of patrimonial consequences. In Italy, liquidation relies mainly on the Milan Court Tables.

The tables assign a monetary value to each percentage point of permanent invalidity, modulated by age: the younger the subject, the higher the point value. Temporary biological damage is added, based on days of disability.

Moral damage is typically added to biological damage as a separate component. In serious cases, total compensation can substantially exceed the biological component alone.

In cases with international elements, applicable law may differ. The Firm evaluates each case individually.

Legal disclaimer

This tool is an indicative simulator, not the official Milan Court Tables calculation. Results do not constitute legal evaluation, medical-legal expertise or professional advice. The values used derive from 2024 reference anchor points and mathematical interpolation: the complete calculation requires consulting the official Milan Court tables (or the AIBA published version) and case-by-case assessment. How this simulator works

This is not the official calculation of the full Milan table (age 1-99 × invalidity 1-100). It is a simulator based on six 2024 reference values (ages 20/40/60 × invalidity 10/20%) extended via bilinear interpolation. For percentages outside 10-20% and ages outside 20-60, the error margin grows — hence the total is always shown as a range. The official complete calculation requires the full Milan Court table or the AIBA version: required for every real case.
